On July 22nd, Miao Dan, Secretary General of the Hollow Products Special Committee of the China Plastics Association, Song Yuping, Chairman of the Hollow Products Special Committee of the China Plastics Association and Chairman of Hebei Century Hengtai Fu Plastic Industry Co., Ltd., and Zhang Zhaobin, Chairman of Jiangsu Shangyuan Container Manufacturing Co., Ltd., visited Keyi Technology for research and inspection. Huang Wei, Vice President of KeyeTech R&D Center, and Wang Min, Marketing Director, presided over the reception and accompanied the whole process.

Wang Min, Marketing Director of KeyeTech, first gave a brief introduction to the overall situation of Keye. Then, the two sides exchanged and discussed the industry development trend, production management challenges, AI visual inspection, and the application of other automated intelligent equipment in blow molding products such as stacking buckets.

Song Yuping, Chairman of the Hollow Products Special Committee of the China Plastics Association, took the lead in sharing and discussing his valuable experience in the blow molding industry over the years. Chairman Song Yuping stated that there is currently a relative shortage of grassroots operators, especially technical workers, and the difficulty of personnel management has increased. At the same time, downstream customers’ requirements for product quality are gradually increasing.

Faced with these very practical problems, he pointed out that automation, intelligence, and digitization are the next steps that must be taken. He will also increase investment in this area in the next few years. The ultimate idea is to connect all links from the raw material end to the finished product end, from people flow to logistics to information flow, and to achieve mechanization, automation, and finally intelligence and digitization. During the communication process, Chairman Song Yuping boldly assumed, fully demonstrated, did not deviate from the actual situation, and did not engage in extravagance, so that every penny was spent on the cutting edge.

Chairman Zhang Zhaobin stated that the blow molding industry urgently needs the entry of external technological forces to promote changes and improvements in processes, techniques, quality, and other aspects. Subsequently, Chairman Zhang Zhaobin also discussed the intelligent improvement of products such as stacking buckets, closed buckets, and IBC ton buckets.

Huang Wei, Vice President of the R&D Center of KeyeTech, stated that since its establishment in 2011, KeyeTech has also been deeply rooted in the field of visual inspection, especially in segmented industries such as dairy packaging, pharmaceutical packaging, and glass products, and has contributed some strength. KeyeTech is firmly committed to the full stack self-developed strategic route of core hardware autonomy, algorithm development depth, and scenario application comprehensiveness. It always adheres to the market-oriented, technology centered, and service-oriented approach, and uses AI technology to deeply empower each segmented field it enters. Through this exchange, we have further increased our confidence in continuing to deeply cultivate the plastic packaging industry. In the next step, we will also make further efforts in the segmented market of the blow molding industry.

This inspection and exchange has achieved two-way strategic empowerment. The leadership of the China Plastics Association has established a deep understanding of KeyeTech’s AI visual inspection technology and seen the company’s forward-looking ability to accurately capture the coordinates of industry technology pain points. Behind this research, investigation, and exchange, it will ultimately gather new forces to drive industry empowerment and upgrading!
